Do my customers need the app?
To join, yes — the scan walks them through installing it. The poster page works in any browser first, so nobody hits a dead end.
What happens if I cancel?
Your place is hidden from the app, but nothing is deleted — members, invitations and your printed posters all survive. Subscribe again and it's back instantly, same QR and all.
Can I run multiple venues?
Yes — one account, as many places as you run. Each venue gets its own poster, its own stats, and its own subscription.
Is the poster reusable?
Forever. The QR encodes a permanent link to your place — laminate it, paint it on the wall if you like. It survives cancellations, card changes, everything.
