Our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation

Last updated: 5 August 2026

ConnectCZ has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). ConnectCZ is an adults-only service. Any account involved in CSAE is removed permanently and reported to the authorities.

Our commitment

At ConnectCZ, safeguarding the well-being of all our users is our highest priority. We are firmly committed to creating a safe and secure environment that protects all users — especially minors — from child sexual abuse and exploitation. These standards apply to every part of the service: profiles, invitations, comments, photos and chat.

What is prohibited

The following are banned outright and result in immediate removal:

  • child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in any form, including drawn, animated or computer-generated depictions;
  • sexualising a minor in text, images or conversation;
  • grooming, or any attempt to establish contact with a minor for sexual purposes;
  • sextortion, or soliciting sexual content from a minor;
  • trafficking, or advertising or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a minor;
  • links to, or off-platform coordination of, any of the above.

Our standards and practices

  • Adults only. ConnectCZ does not allow users under 18 to sign up, and accounts are verified by phone number.
  • Zero tolerance. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation. There is no warning and no second chance.
  • Content monitoring. Our platform employs automated systems to monitor and swiftly remove explicit content, backed by human review of anything flagged.
  • Reporting and blocking. We provide clear reporting channels for users to alert us to suspicious or concerning behaviour. All reports are treated with the utmost confidentiality and are investigated immediately. Users can also block anyone, without that person being told.
  • Reporting to authorities. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and cooperate with law enforcement.
  • Permanent removal. Accounts removed for CSAE are banned permanently, and we take steps to prevent them returning.

How to report a concern

If you encounter any content or behaviour that raises concerns regarding child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately:

  • In the app: open the profile of the user concerned and report them with a description of the problem. You can report an invitation, a comment or a message the same way.
  • By email: support@connectcz.com — mark it urgent and we will prioritise it.

Reports are confidential. You do not need to be certain, and you will not be penalised for reporting something in good faith that turns out to be innocent.

What happens next

  1. We review the report as a priority, ahead of our normal queue.
  2. We preserve the relevant evidence.
  3. Where the report is substantiated, the account is removed permanently and the content deleted.
  4. Where the law requires it, we report to NCMEC and to the appropriate law enforcement agency.
